    • We only accept a maximum of 4 students per lesson. Depending on bookings you could very well be alone.<\/li>\n
    • You will have your own set of equipment for the whole lesson (1 sail and 1 board).<\/li>\n
    • We teach with individual radios to make sure we can give you the best advice whenever you need it.<\/li>\n
    • We fluently teach in the three following languages: English, French, and Spanish.<\/li>\n
    • Parawing lessons generally last 3 hours. We recommend one lesson per day as it can get tiring.<\/li>\n
    • All you need to bring is a bathing suit, a towel, water, sunscreen and a pair of sunglasses with a strap.<\/li>\n
    • The exact time of your lesson will be set the day before according to the latest wind forecast. Please arrive 15 minutes before the beginning of your parawing lesson.<\/li>\n
    • We meet directly on the spot of Ponta do Espichel in Obidos lagoon pristine natural reserve.<\/li>\n

      Riding upwind and following the swell<\/h2>\n

      The magic of parawinging is what happens once you are flying. You pack the parawing away and simply glide, following the swell with nothing in your hands. Getting back upwind is the skill that makes it all possible, and it is the one we spend the most time on. The flat water and steady wind on \u00d3bidos lagoon make it one of the easiest places in Portugal to learn it.<\/p>\n

      Parawing or wingfoil: which should you learn first ?<\/h2>\n

      If you have never foiled before, start with a couple of hours of efoil or a wingfoil course. Parawinging is much easier once you can balance on the foil. If you already ride a foil behind a wing, a kite or a boat, you can go straight into parawing lessons and will usually be flying in your first sessions.<\/p>\n
