Whether you want to learn how to wingfoil, kite foil, surf foil, or experience the pleasure of flying above water, efoiling is the most accessible options out there. - 4 HOURS PACKAGE: The best option for a couple of friends willing to learn how to foil together and improve meaningfully.
More details
- I only accept a maximum of 2 students per lesson.
- A maximum of 2 students will be sharing 1 efoil.
- You and your buddy will take turns practicing every 15 to 20 minutes. This gives you the opportunity to rest while you keep watching and learning.
- I fluently teach in the three following languages : English, French, and Spanish.
- Any lessons booking must be for a minimum length of 1 hour.
- All you need to bring is a bathing suit, a towel, water, sunscreen, and a pair of sunglasses with a strap.
- The exact time of your lesson will be set the day before according to the latest wind forecast. Please arrive 15 minutes before the beginning of your lesson.
- We meet directly on the spot of Covão dos Musaranhos in Obidos lagoon near Lisbon.
What is efoiling ?
A hydrofoil is a relatively new type of board that allows the rider to levitate above the water. A small carbon plane at the end of a mast allows the practitioner to fly above the surface. Does this seem magical ? Hydrofoil enthusiasts like myself would agree with you !
The hydrofoil provides a particularly pleasant and addictive glide because it is free of vibrations and jolts. Imagine yourself skiing in powder snow or surfing particularly smooth waves. Thanks to the hydrofoil, experience a similar sensation without having to wait for the ideal conditions.
