Who is wing foil rental for ?

Wingfoil rental is for riders who can already wing foil on their own and go upwind with confidence. If you are travelling to Portugal and do not want to bring your own gear, or you want to try a newer setup before you buy, this is for you.

If you are not there yet, that is fine. Book a few hours of wing foil lessons first, and once you are riding independently you can move on to rental for the rest of your stay.

Do I need to book in advance ?

Yes. Rental depends on wind and on us being on the spot, so send us your dates through the booking form and we will confirm the best days.

Is there a deposit ?

No but as a rental customer, you are responsible for the condition and integrity of the equipment. In the event of any damage to any part of the equipment, the following costs will apply:

Total cost = Full repair cost + 20% of the school’s purchase price after VAT of the damaged item, to account for the loss of resale value.

Can I mix wingfoil lessons and rental ?

Yes, and many riders do. A lesson or two to refresh your skills, then rental for the rest of the week, is a great way to make the most of a trip.

What if there is no wind ?

We depend on the wind, so please stay flexible on your days. If the wind does not show up, you can keep foiling on an efoil instead.
