Booking policy

A deposit of €75 is due from the date you book your wingfoil lessons / packages. The remaining amount owed to balance the number of hours booked and agreed upon as part of your package is due upon arrival.

If you can no longer travel due to medical reasons, and a doctor’s note can be produced, the deposit will be fully refunded.

In case you can no longer travel due to Covid-19 (either because borders are closed or lockdown rules are being implemented in Portugal or your country of origin), the deposit is non-refundable and you will have to choose between being issued a voucher, valid indefinitely, or free rescheduling.
Cancellation policy

We reserve the right to cancel wingfoil lessons any time up to and during the wingfoil lesson if the weather conditions are no longer suitable (if there is not enough wind for exemple). In the case of any students not being able to complete the hours of their purchased package due to the above, they will be refunded accordingly.

In the event of a cancellation made by the student, their deposit is non-refundable. During the days of the students’ stated availability, we schedule their lessons day by day, and if for any reason (an exception is made for medical reasons, and a doctor’s note must be produced) the student does not wish to/cannot come for the next scheduled lesson, they must inform us the previous day. Any cancellations made on the day of their scheduled lesson will incur a fee of the price of one hour’s wingfoil lesson.

In the case of any students not being able to complete the hours of their purchased package due to cancellation on their part for reasons other than medical conditions (a doctor’s note must be provided) during the days of their stated availability, the amount paid for the packages will be non-refundable.
Refund policy

In the case of any students not being able to complete the hours of wingfoil lessons of their purchased package due to cancellation on our part, they will be refunded the amount of remaining hours at the rate of the next lower hourly package price bracket.

For example: if the purchased package was 9 hours of private equipment wingfoil lessons at €420, but only 7 hours were completed, then the refundable amount of the 2 remaining hours will be the difference between the purchased hours and the 7 completed hours at the rate of a 6 hours package, being €290 ÷ 6 = €48,3/hr. 7 completed hours at this rate = €338. Taking this away from €420 = a refund of €82 will be applied.
